Donna has 19 years of experience working in domiciliary and residential care. Six of these years as a care assistant and ten years in more senior roles including Personalisation Planner and Recruitment and Development Officer. Since her recruitment in 2016 Donna has filled the roles of Deputy Manager and Acting Manager. Donna’s CQC Registration was approved in August 2022.
